Accessibility setup for computers and phones in Port Ludlow

Text too small everywhere, hearing aids that won’t connect, a touchscreen that fights your hands. Small changes make the device usable again, and I know where they are.

Sound familiar?

Small changes that make the device usable again.

  • The text is too small everywhere.
  • Your hearing aids won’t connect to the phone.
  • Your hands make a touchscreen hard to use.
  • The screen is too bright, or too dim.
  • You’d like the phone to read things aloud.
  • A parent needs a simpler phone.

What happens on a visit

  1. Watch how you use it

Where you squint, where you miss, where you give up.

  2. Change the settings that help

Text size, contrast, buttons, zoom, and the voice that reads the screen.

  3. Connect hearing aids and helpers

Hearing aids paired for calls and TV sound; a stylus or keyboard if hands need one.

  4. Practice until it sticks

You use it the new way while I’m there, and I write down what I changed.

Common questions

Can my hearing aids connect to my phone?

Most made in the last few years can, for calls and TV sound. I pair them and set the volume where you want it.

Is there a simpler phone?

Yes, and a normal phone can be simplified a great deal first: fewer apps, bigger buttons, the essentials up front. I show you both.

Will the changes stay after an update?

Almost always. And I write down what I changed, so it can be redone in a minute if anything shifts.

Ready for a device that fits you?

Call and tell me what's happening. You'll talk to me, not a call center.
