Kindle, Libby and library app help in Port Ludlow
Free library books on your Kindle or tablet, audiobooks for the drive, text big enough to read in bed. I set it up with your library card and show you how to borrow.
Sound familiar?
Why readers call me.
- The Kindle won’t connect, or won’t download.
- You’d like library books without the drive to the library.
- Audiobooks for long drives, or for tired eyes.
- The text in the app is too small.
- A subscription you didn’t mean to start.
- A tablet that could be a reader, if someone set it up.

Common questions
Can I get free books from the library on my device?
Yes. Libby works with the Jefferson County Library card: books on a phone, tablet or Kindle, audiobooks on a phone or tablet, and nothing to return because they go back on their own.
Kindle or iPad for reading?
A Kindle for long reading in sunlight and weeks of battery. An iPad if you also want email, photos and video calls. I help you choose before you buy.
Can you set up audiobooks in the car?
Yes, through the car’s Bluetooth or CarPlay, so the book picks up where you left off.
Ready to read without the squint?
Call and tell me what's happening. You'll talk to me, not a call center.
